Delphinium beschikt over drie kleinschalige locaties in Landgraaf, Voerendaal en Heerlen. Deze zijn speciaal ingericht voor mensen met dementie, maar ook zeer geschikt voor bewoners met een somatische zorgvraag. We bieden 24-uurs zorg in een veilige, huiselijke omgeving waar welzijn en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. We vertellen u hier graag meer over.

Goede, professionele, veilige en liefdevolle zorg gaat voor ons hand in hand met oprechte aandacht voor het welzijn van onze bewoners. Wat wij onder welzijn verstaan en hoe wij dit in de dagelijkse praktijk vormgeven, laten wij u graag zien.

Delphinium biedt professionele zorg vanuit het hart. Naast permanente 24-uurszorg kunt u bij ons ook terecht voor tijdelijke ondersteuning en voor logeerzorg.
